Ukrrichflot is one of the oldest companies on the Ukrainian stock market, as it was one of the first to be privatized.
The National Securities and Stock Market Commission stopped the circulation of shares of PrJSC Shipping Company Ukrrichflot. It was reported on the commission’s website on Tuesday, January 16.

Ukrrichflot is one of the oldest companies on the Ukrainian stock market, as it was one of the first to be privatized. Its shares were quite actively traded on the market in the first years after the sale of the state.
The company includes five ports – Dneprovsky, Zaporozhye, Nikopol, Kherson and Nikolaevsky. Its fleet consists of about 100 ships, including those for transportation along the Dnieper, Danube, river-sea ships, as well as tugs and auxiliary fleet.
Before the start of a large-scale war with Russia, the company declared an annual transshipment of up to 3 million tons of cargo with the possibility of increasing it to 10 million tons, and the total carrying capacity of its fleet was 170 thousand tons.
In 2022, the company’s revenue fell by almost 3.8 times, to UAH 299.79 million, while the net loss increased by almost 4.8 times, to UAH 193.97 million.
The largest shareholder of Ukrrichflot is the Fifth venture fund managed by AMC Svarog Asset Management – 66.1032%, Culata Limited (Cyprus) – 9.7758%, Avaline LLC – 9.1666% and Oltinoro Investments Limited – 5.5%. According to the state register, the last beneficiary was Leonid Pivovarov from Switzerland.
It was previously known that the Cabinet of Ministers became Energoatom as a joint-stock company. 100% of the company’s shares are owned by the government. They will not be subject to privatization or any other form of alienation.
