The investment company Concorde Capital presented to private investors the profitable real estate project SHELEST Hutir, which is part of the company’s successful project in the field of recreational real estate SHELEST Hotel.

The SHELEST Hutir concept involves a combination of an income-producing property and a modern dacha. The project includes 88 townhouses located in a pine forest on the shores of the Dnieper Bay next to the country hotel and restaurant complex SHELEST Hotel.
The area of the houses varies from 75 to 150 square meters. m, while the investor receives full ownership of the house and land under his own development unit.
“According to our forecasts, the amount of sq. m of houses and land near the Kyiv reservoir will increase by at least 30% by 2025, so now there is an opportunity to comfortably enter the project to get maximum benefits“, noted Igor Mazepa.
