The dollar and euro rose in price at exchange offices

The average dollar exchange rate on the cash market rose to UAH 37.85, and the euro rose to UAH 40.40.

The hryvnia exchange rate continues to decline in the cash market. Both the dollar and the euro rose on Tuesday, RBC-Ukraine reported on November 14, citing tracking data.

So, the average dollar rate in exchange offices increased by another 10 kopecks – to 37.85 Hryvnia, the euro rate increased by 5 kopecks – to 40.40 Hryvnia.

Today, exchangers buy dollars on average for 37.35 hryvnias, euros for 39.70 hryvnias.

In the interbank market, the dollar exchange rate in the morning was at the level of 36.27-36.9 (purchase and sale); growth – 3 kopecks compared to the previous day’s close.

The National Bank increased the dollar exchange rate for the second day in a row – at the level of 36.1609 UAH per 1 dollar (+0.0830 UAH). The euro exchange rate is 38.5945 UAH per 1 euro (+0.0525 UAH).

We remind you that in the past week the National Bank sold $389.1 million in the interbank market and also bought $1.26 million. Sales volumes declined for the third week in a row.

It was also reported that Ukraine’s reserves are declining for the third month in a row.
