Grains and leguminous crops were harvested in an area of 9.84 million hectares with a yield of 52.1 c/ha, and more than 51.274 million tons of grain were threshed.
So far, November 10, Ukrainian agricultural producers have harvested 71.5 million tons of new grain crops and oilseeds. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food.
According to the ministry, grains and leguminous crops were harvested in an area of 9.84 million hectares with a yield of 52.1 c/ha, and more than 51.274 million tons of grain were threshed.
22.409 million tons of wheat from 4.694 million hectares (yield – 47.7 c/ha),
21.218 million tons of corn from more than 2.932 million hectares (yield – 72.4 c/ha),
5.89 million tons of barley from more than 1.504 million hectares (yield – 39.2 c/ha),
398.2 thousand tons of peas from 154.4 thousand hectares (yield – 25.8 c/ha),
206.7 thousand tons of buckwheat from 139.2 thousand hectares (yield – 14.9 c/ha),
178.9 thousand tons of millet from 79 thousand hectares (yield – 22.6 c/ha).
974.1 thousand tons of other grains and leguminous crops from 336.2 thousand hectares.
As of November 10, 20.239 million tons of oilseeds were harvested from more than 8.096 million hectares:
sunflower – 11.52 million tons of seeds from more than 4.911 million hectares (yield – 23.5 c/ha),
soybeans – 4.713 million tons with more than 1.788 million hectares (yield – 26.3 c/ha),
rapeseed – 4.005 million tons from 1.396 million hectares (yield – 28.7 c/ha).
In addition, more than 10.098 million tons of sugar beets were gathered from 211.3 thousand hectares with a yield of 477.9 c/ha.
