The average exchange rate of the dollar in Ukraine has not changed and is 37.75 Hryvnia, and the euro has increased by 20 kopecks to 40.40 Hryvnia.
The value of the American dollar did not change at the exchange offices at the beginning of the new working week, while the euro rose noticeably in price. RBC-Ukraine reported this in connection with market monitoring data on Monday, November 6.
So, the average dollar exchange rate in Ukraine has not changed and is 37.75 Hryvnia, the euro has increased by 20 kopecks – to 40.40 Hryvnia.
Today, exchange offices buy a dollar for an average of 37.25 Hryvnia, and a euro for 39.70 Hryvnia.
In the interbank market, the dollar exchange rate was at the level of 36.13-36.15 (buying and selling) – a decrease of 1 kopeck compared to last Friday’s closing.
The National Bank reduced the official dollar exchange rate today to the level of 36.1705 UAH per 1 dollar (-0.0954 UAH). The euro exchange rate is 38.7278 UAH per 1 euro (+0.0575 UAH).
We remind you that last week the NBU reduced the sale of foreign currency in the interbank market to $563 million. That’s close to the year-to-date weekly sales average of $570 million. The downward trend in sales has been going on for two weeks now.
Earlier it became known that in October Ukrainians bought a record amount of money in 10 years. In turn, the NBU sold the largest amount of dollars in the interbank market since June last year.
