The average dollar exchange rate on the cash market fell to UAH 37.80, and the euro fell to UAH 40.30.
The hryvnia exchange rate began to rise again against the dollar in the cash market. The euro also fell in price. RBC-Ukraine reported this with reference to monitoring data on Thursday, November 2.
Today, the average dollar exchange rate fell by 10 kopecks – to 37.80 Hryvnia. In turn, the euro exchange rate also decreased by 10 kopecks – up to 40.30 UAH.
At the same time, in exchange offices they bought a dollar for an average of 37.30 UAH, and a euro for 39.60 UAH.
In the interbank market, the rate was stable at the level of 36.24-36.26 (buying and selling).
The National Bank today again reduced the official dollar exchange rate to the level of 36.2655 UAH per 1 dollar (-0.0157 UAH). The euro exchange rate fell by more than 30 kopecks – 38.2311.
Let us remind you that in October, Ukrainians bought a record amount of money in 10 years. In turn, the NBU sold the largest amount of dollars in the interbank market since June last year.
As you know, at the end of August, the NBU allowed banks to sell non-cash money to the population in the amount of 50 thousand Hryvnias without additional obligations. After that, the money sales volume started to increase.
