Large gas station chains continue to raise prices for gasoline and diesel fuel in Ukraine. On average, the cost increased by 40 kopecks.
For the month, from October 2 to October 31, usually fuel price grade A-95 increased by 40 kopecks and amounts to 55.51 UAH/l. Industry publication enkorr reported this with reference to price tracking data from the A-95 Consulting Group market.
Gasoline A-95+ increased in price by 29 kopecks – up to 58.36 UAH/l, and a liter diesel fuel added 58 kopecks to the price – 55.67 UAH/l.

The chain of gas stations of the Privat group (ANP, Avias, etc.), which has about 950 gas stations, increased the prices for fuel even more – by 2 UAH – to 56 UAH /l (A-95) and 56.5 UAH/l (A -95+) respectively. Diesel fuel increased in price by 1 UAH – up to 55 UAH/l.
All types of fuel increased in price by 1 UAH in the SOCAR network: A-95 fuel – up to 59.99 UAH/l, A-95+ fuel – up to 61.99 UAH/l, diesel fuel – up to 59.99 UAH/l. Gasoline A-95 and A-95+ in the Shell network increased in price by 0.9-1 UAH during the month, to 57.79 and 58.89 UAH/l, diesel fuel added 0.9 UAH, to 57.79 UAH/l .
Networks Neftek, BRSM-Neft, Prime, Ukr-Petrol, Mango and others raised the price of fuel in the range of 0.04-1.50 UAH/l.
At OKKO, SOCAR and WOG stations, autogas prices increased by 2.5 UAH – to 28.99 UAH/l, 28.99 UAH/ and 28.98 UAH/l, respectively.
Privat chain raised the price by 2.45 UAH (28.51 UAH/l). State-owned Ukrnafta raised the price by 1.5 UAH, to 26.9 UAH/l, and Avantazh 7 – by 2 UAH, to 26.45 UAH/l.
At gas stations of the Chipo network, the price for autogas is 28.02 UAH/l (+3.1 UAH until October 2). At KLO and BVS stations, autogas prices increased by 2.4 and 2.8 UAH, to 28.39 and 27.99 UAH/l, respectively.
In the BRSM-Neft, Shell, UPG, Neftek networks, prices increased by 1.5-3.5 UAH.
We remind you that the increase in prices for gasoline and diesel fuel in Ukraine began in July, when fuel taxation was resumed at the pre-war level. Thus, the VAT rate has returned from a preference of 7 to 20%.
The excise tax on gasoline increased from 100 euros per ton to 213.5 euros, the excise tax on diesel increased from 100 euros per ton to 139 euros. The excise tax on liquefied automobile gas has not changed – it was raised to the pre-war level a year ago and costs 52 euros per ton, that is, VAT has only been increased on it.
