Harvesting of grains and leguminous crops is carried out in an area of more than 7.737 million hectares, the average yield is 46 c/ha, oilseeds – 16.883 million tons from 6.761 million hectares.
As of today, October 13, Ukrainian agricultural producers have harvested 52.5 million tons of grain and oilseeds. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
The ministry reported that the harvest of grains and leguminous crops is carried out in an area of more than 7.737 million hectares, the average yield is 46 c/ha. In total, more than 35.597 million tons of grain were threshed: more than 22.21 million tons of wheat from 4.694 million hectares (yield – 47.3 c/ha), 5.863 million tons of barley from 1.504 million hectares (yield – 39 c/ha), thousand tons of peas from 154.4 thousand hectares (yield – 25.7 c/ha), 5.863 million tons of corn from 884.4 thousand hectares (yield – 66.1 c/ha). Buckwheat collected 188.8 thousand tons from 127.7 thousand hectares (yield – 14.8 c/ha), 162.4 thousand tons of millet from 72 thousand hectares (yield – 22.6 c/ha), 929 thousand tons of other grains and leguminous crops from 3 thousand hectares.
16.883 million tons of oilseeds were harvested from 6.761 million hectares: rapeseed 0 4.005 million tons from 1.396 million hectares (yield – 28.7 c/ha), sunflower – 9.042 million tons from more than 3.893 million hectares (yield.2 ha) ), soybeans – 3.776 million tons with more than 1.466 million hectares (yield – 25.8 c/ha).
In addition, 4.602 million tons of sugar beets were dug up from 96.4 thousand hectares, the yield was 477.4 c/ha. Farmers of the Vinnytsia region collected the most sugar beets – more than 1.479 million tons.
