France continues negotiations with partners to support the Ukrainian economy and mobilize innovative financial instruments for the renewal of Ukraine.
France has developed a bilateral mechanism for securing investments in Ukraine. As reported by the press service of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, the French state insurance company Bpifrance Assurance Export will insure companies willing to participate in the reconstruction of the country.
It is reported that companies operating under French law and making long-term investments abroad in a new or existing company, as well as any credit institution that provides a bank loan to a foreign subsidiary, are eligible for this investment insurance.
The insurance reimburses up to 95% of the losses of the investor’s assets or receivables.
In addition, it was noted that France continues negotiations with partners to support the Ukrainian economy and mobilize innovative financial instruments for the recovery of Ukraine.
Earlier it was reported that the World Bank insured the first investment projects in Ukraine against war risks.
