When compiling the Opendatabot index, both financial indicators and business reputation of enterprises are taken into account.
The monitoring service for company registration data and the court registry OpenDatabot has published the first index of the leading Ukrainian enterprises with an impeccable business reputation – 10 companies in each category. Nine businesses of Rinat Akhmetov’s Metinvest group are included in the rating, its press service reported on Wednesday, September 27.

Thus, the first edition of the index included: Zaporizhstal (No. 1), Kametstal (No. 3) and Zaporozhkoks (No. 7) in the Processing industry category; Pokrovskoye mine management (No. 3), Central Mining and Processing Plant (No. 7), Northern Mining and Processing Plant (No. 8), InGOK (No. 9) in the Extractive industry category; Metinvest-SMC (No. 9) in the category Wholesale trade and management company Metinvest Holding – No. 2 in the Scientific and technical activity category.
When compiling the Opendatabot index, both financial indicators (company financial statements for 2022) and the business reputation of enterprises are taken into account. In particular, the list does not include seized companies or businesses with owners from Russia. The index also identifies companies associated with public figures, deputies or politicians who are required to declare their income.
“The purpose of creating the Opendatabot Index is to provide a simple and understandable tool for business analysis in Ukraine, in particular, by industry and region. It is not an applied tool for accurate economic analysis, but a way to show Ukraine and the world the opportunities and prospects of our country,” explained Opendatabot founder Alexey Ivankin.
Let us remind you that since the beginning of the full-scale war, Metinvest has allocated 4 billion hryvnias to help the Ukrainian Armed Forces and Ukrainians. Of this amount, more than 2 billion Hryvnias are aid to the army. And the total amount sent by Rinat Akhmetov to help civilians and military personnel during the war in Russia reached 6 billion Hryvnias.
