We are talking about more than 200 gas stations and various real estate properties owned by Glusco.
Ukrnafta and the National Agency for Tracing and Management of Assets (ARMA) signed an agreement on the management of the network of Glusco gas stations. The press service of Ukrnafta reported this on Wednesday, September 27.
“The important terms of the agreement were agreed as follows: 85% of the net income is transferred to the state, 15% is received by Ukrnafta for management. The guaranteed monthly payment is UAH 5 million. This is the minimum that will be transferred to the budget ,” the statement said.
It is indicated that from the moment the contract is concluded until the actual acceptance of the filling station for management, a “certain time” will pass.
The company noted that on September 13, the Cabinet of Ministers appointed Ukrnaft as Glusco’s asset manager. It is known that we are talking about more than 200 gas stations and real estate properties.
We remind you that on August 3 of this year, ARMA terminated the agreement with Naftogaz Oil Trading LLC due to improper management of the seized assets of the Glusco network.
