VAKS reduced the bail amount for Andrey Kobolev from 229 million to 107 million hryvnias in case of accrual of large bonuses.
The High Anti-Corruption Court splits the bail of the ex-chairman of NAC Naftogaz of Ukraine Andrei Kobolev and decided to remove the electronic bracelet from him. The former official announced this on his Facebook page on Monday, September 25.
“Today, the investigating judge VAKS (first instance) made a decision: remove the bracelet, reduce the bail to the level actually posted. We are waiting for the full text of the decision,” Kobolev wrote.
According to LIGA.net, the court reduced the bail amount from 229 million to 107 million hryvnias. According to the judge’s decision, until October 10, Kobolev is obliged to come to each request, not leave Ukraine without permission, report a change in the place of residence, and hand over his foreign passports.
Let’s recall that on January 19, Kobolev was informed of the suspicion of abuse of official position in securing for himself the success of the company in the Stockholm arbitration with the Russian. Gazprom payment of bonuses in the amount of 229 million Hryvnia.
According to the investigation, this amount greatly exceeded the normative amounts of such payments (37.48 million Hryvnias).
