The dollar in exchange offices in Ukraine is again worth more than 38 hryvnia. The euro also rose.
The exchange rate of the hryvnia has significantly decreased in exchange offices against the dollar and the euro. RBC-Ukraine reported this with reference to market monitoring data on Thursday, September 7.
This morning, the average dollar rate in Ukraine immediately increased by 20 kopecks – up to UAH 38.05, the euro exchange rate increased by 10 kopecks – up to UAH 41.00.
In exchange offices, the dollar was bought at an average of 37.55 hryvnia, the euro – at 40.30 hryvnia.
The official fixed dollar exchange rate of the NBU since July of last year is 36.5686 hryvnia per dollar. The official exchange rate of the euro today has slightly increased and reaches 39.2856 hryvnia per euro (+0.0329 hryvnia).
Earlier, the National Bank explained the growth of the dollar in August. The average cash dollar selling rate in Ukraine increased to UAH 37.80.
