Power engineers repaired the power unit of one of the thermal power plants in preparation for winter.
DTEK Energy has added 190 MW of thermal generation capacity to the Ukrainian energy system.
“Today, our power engineers completed another scheduled repair on one of TPP’s power units. The result is another 190 MW for the reliability of the energy system,” said the telegram channel of DTEK.
The authors of the message added that the company continues to actively prepare for a difficult winter and cover consumption peaks caused by the heat of the last days of summer.
Recall that the previous day, DTEK Executive Director Dmitry Sakharuk announced the consolidation of efforts in the energy industry as part of Ukraine’s preparation for winter.
