“Water is fuel for us… How did we do it then? According to Sukhetsky, today Ukrhydroenergo is working at the edge of its water resource capacity. He did not reveal specific numbers, but noted that “Ukrenergo uses plus 20%, 30%, 40% of the schedule that we provide.”
