The court transferred the rights of the corporation to ARMA Ukrnefteburenie, according to the investigation, illegally allocated the subsoil of the Sakhalin oil and gas field.
The court re-arrested and transferred the company’s corporate rights to the Asset Tracing and Management Agency (ARMA). Ukrnefteburenie, which was once partially owned by businessman Igor Kolomoisky and his partners. This was announced on Thursday, May 4, by the State Bureau of Investigation.
According to the investigation, the company Ukrneftebureniewhich extracts gas and oil from the subsoil of the state, illegally appropriated the subsoil of the Sakhalin oil and gas field.
“DBR continues to take a position on the return of illegally privatized property to state ownership,” the report said.
In April, based on DBR materials, the court arrested the corporate rights of four enterprises: PrJSC Ukrnefteburenie, LLC Sakhalinskoye, LLC Sirius-1, LLC East Europe Petroleum. The rights have been transferred to Armagh.
But on May 3, the Kyiv district court reversed its earlier decision to arrest the corporation’s rights Ukrnefteburenie at the request of the company’s attorney.
With the principled position of the DBR and the Office of the Prosecutor General, the next day, May 4, the Pechersky District Court of Kyiv re-arrested and transferred the aforementioned business to the management of ARMA.
Recall that the arrest took place as part of the investigation of criminal proceedings for the industrial development of the largest explored Sakhalin gas field of Ukraine (Kharkiv region, Krasnokutsky district).
