PrivatBank on Saturday, April 29, resumed its services after the failure in the morning. This was reported by the bank’s press service on Facebook.
“Our valued customers, we understand all the recent inconveniences,” the statement said.
It was noted that the failures have been dealt with and the PrivatBank system is working.
“Thank you for your understanding and that you are with us. We work together for the sake of success,” they added at the end.
As reported, today there was a massive failure in PrivatBank transactions. Problems were noted when paying with cards at Privat terminals and withdrawing money from ATMs.
