Businessman Yegor Levchenko announced the start of a “search” for drug dealers and drug laboratories.
He became the main philanthropist and author of the action “Catch the huckster – get the cash.” Levchenko hid his involvement in the action for a long time. As the announcement reverberated across the country, no one knew who was behind it.
The businessman revealed his identity in an interview with blogger Dombrovsky, where he told everything about his business life, and also highlighted the details of the action.
He will pay real money, at the NBU rate with a transfer to the card, Levchenko assured. Everyone can participate in this “game”, which should help suppress the drug business. To do this, you need to write an application to the pawnbroker or merchant. After that – to provide the organizers of the action with a copy of the statement, a video recording of this moment was written by the police and an excerpt from the ERDR about the initiation of criminal proceedings.
The payment will be made immediately after the arrest of the huckster, Levchenko said. All participants and organizers will act exclusively within the law, in cooperation with the police.
There are no limits and restrictions – the action will last as long as necessary to destroy the trade. Its financing limit is also unlimited, the businessman said.
The rates are as follows:
$1,000 (in hryvnia at the exchange rate) – for a pawnbroker or trader (if prohibited substances are confiscated from him especially in large amounts)
$500 – for a pawnbroker or trader (if prohibited substances are confiscated from him especially in large amounts)
$200 – for lower weight
$10,000 – for a laboratory that produces from ten to thirty kilograms of prohibited substances
$25,000 – for a laboratory that produces thirty or more kilograms of prohibited substances.
A detailed table with a breakdown of how much weight is considered “especially large” is already on the site.
