“The long -awaited document provides for the direction of resources in Ukraine itself and to protect global democracy in general.
1) $ 23.75 billion is planned to be directed to security and defense assistance in Ukraine, as well as to US efforts to strengthen Europe’s security. In particular:

$ 6 billion for the Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative, including the provision of weapons, military equipment, training, logistics support, logistics, intelligence support to Ukraine’s defense and security forces;
