According to a report by the Association of Real Estate Companies (ASEI), over the past year, housing prices in the metropolitan areas of Lima and Callao have increased by 6.75% per square meter.

Similarly, in the districts of Breña, Cercado de Lima, Rimac and La Victoria price a square meter of a new house costs from 4425 to 5952 Singapore dollars.
In the case of Callao, prices have risen significantly, from an average of S$3,621 in 2022 to S$4,975 per square metre.
