The new head of Produce, sixth in two years, is an economist from the University of Lima with a master’s degree in the same field and over 20 years of experience in the public sector.
According to his CV, he specializes in competition policy and regulation. public services such as telecommunications and electricity, in terms of market structure, tariff policy and network cost modeling.
Perez-Reyes is no stranger to the Department of Production. During the reign of Martin Vizcarra, he was the holder of this portfolio for about a year.
