The world leader in the manufacture and rental of furniture and interior items is deploying production facilities in Kremenets.
The American company Home Essentials is expanding the production of furniture and mattresses in Kremenets, Ternopil region. This was reported on December 23 by the Interfax-Ukraine agency with reference to the head of the Investment Office of the region Volodymyr Vasilevskiy.

It is noted that all registration actions have been completed and a site has been selected to host the production.
“The community of Kremenets received a powerful American investor – LLC Home Essentials Ukraine. The project enters the implementation phase and begins to have its own life – hiring workers, importing production equipment and building a circle of suppliers,” Vasilevsky specified.
According to him, 50-60 jobs will be created in the first phase of the project, and 300 by the end of 2023. The shipment of products will begin in the second quarter of next year.
“The investor is transferring to Ukraine part of the back office operational processes from the headquarters in Hong Kong and managers and creatives – logisticians, marketers, etc. will be given work here,” added the head of the Office of Investment of Ternopil Region.
Vasilevsky predicts that, by analogy with similar factories in Ukraine, production in Kremenets will provide a turnover of 12-15 million dollars.
“In the first months of work, it is possible to export products worth 0.5-1 million dollars a month,” he said.
Initially, exports are planned to Spain, Portugal, Italy and France, and from the second quarter of 2023 – to most EU countries.
To start production, for equipment and capital, about one million dollars of investments are provided in the first half of 2023, and up to five million dollars in the 2nd-3rd quarter.
