“There are two aspects – financial and technical. As for finances, funds are still being sought. As far as I know, funds for Nikolaev are included in the state budget for next year,” the official noted.

“The city has partnered with a charitable organization that has also agreed to finance part of the work to replace the water supply network,” added the mayor, stressing that preparations for a major renovation have already begun.
