According to him, the American leader is ready to meet with the head of the ruling regime in Russia, but on the condition that the latter is ready for negotiations.
“Biden would be willing to meet with Putin if Russia shows a serious willingness to negotiate,” he explained.
Remember, the media said that the United States sees three options for a possible end to the war in Ukraine through negotiations, but two of them are unacceptable for the Ukrainian side, because they provide for a partial loss of territories.
