According to preliminary information, the enemy opened fire from the Grad MLRS from the temporarily occupied territory.
To ensure a proper investigation of war crimes by the Russian Federation, law enforcement officials recorded the consequences of another shelling and seized evidence, the prosecutor’s office said in a statement.
Criminal proceedings are opened on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war (part 1 of article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
It will be remembered that on the day when the Kherson region was shot 60 times, there were dead and wounded.
It was also reported that nine fires were extinguished in the Kherson region during the day, eight of which appeared due to the Russian attack.
