The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky held a regular meeting of the Headquarters of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief on Sunday, December 18. The press service of the President’s Office reported this.
Among the main topics are the situation on the front line, the hot sector of the front, the borders of Belarus, the current number and armament of enemy military groups, the energy system in Ukraine.
“The members of the Headquarters paid attention to the situation in Belarus. They heard information about the current number and weapons of enemy military groups. The commanders noted the readiness of the defense forces to respond to any -development of events,” the message said.
The participants of the meeting discussed the course of eliminating the consequences of the massive Russian missile attack on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure, connection of electricity consumers and heat supply.
The meeting was attended by the Head of the Office of the President Andriy Yermak, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Alexei Danilov, Minister of Defense Alexei Reznikov, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny, Head of the Main Intelligence Directorate Kirill Budanov, Head of the Foreign Intelligence Service Alexander Litvinenko, Commander of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Alexander Syrsky and commanders of troops of operational areas.
Minister of the Interior Denis Monastyrsky, Minister of Foreign Affairs Dmitry Kuleba, Minister of Infrastructure Alexander Kubrakov, other members of the government, heads of law enforcement agencies and law enforcement agencies also joined at the Stavka meeting.
