On Saturday, Russian troops shelled the village of Stepanovka in the suburb of Kherson from a mortar, hitting the headquarters of humanitarian aid, said the deputy head of the President’s Office, Kyrylo Tymoshenko.
“The Russians fired mortars into the village. The shells hit the humanitarian aid headquarters! One woman died from her wounds, two more people in the hospital. The enemy strike destroyed the school building , hospitals and churches,” Tymoshenko said.
Earlier on Saturday, the head of the Kherson OVA, Yaroslav Yanushevich, reported that the Russian army attacked the Kherson geriatric center in the village of Stepanovka.
