Ukrainians angry at UN Chief’s planned meeting with Vladimir Putin –

UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres ’diplomatic efforts to end Russian President Vladimir Putin’s bloody war with Ukraine have been met with skepticism by Ukrainian officials.
