Yulia SVIRIDENKO.- This conference has two parts. One on reconstruction and the other on immediate aid for rapid recovery. Today, the most urgent thing is to restart the power grids. As you know, on November 23rd we faced an attack where approximately 70 missiles targeted exclusively civilian energy infrastructure. It has left millions of people without electricity, water, heat and a place to call their own. So, it is urgent, and we are going to discuss in Paris the possibility of importing generators, transformers, as well as financial support from our partners. Because the electricity system also has an impact on the economy.
