Explosions were heard in two settlements of the Bryansk region at the same time. They allegedly took place at a military airport and military base.
In the Bryansk region of the Russian Federation on the night of Tuesday, December 13, explosions rumbled, according to local social networks and RosSMI.
So, the loud explosion was heard by the residents of the city of Klintsy, as well as the village of Klimovo in the Bryansk region.
“Houses jumped,” said one of the local residents.
Other local residents in Klintsy suggest that the explosions occurred in one of the military units.
This city is located about 60 km from the border with the Chernihiv region of Ukraine, and, according to data from open sources, a motorized rifle regiment is stationed here.
At the same time, local sources of information wrote that, perhaps, the causes of the explosions in the settlements were different. There was a fire in Klimovo, but it started before the residents heard the explosions.
Klimovo is located about 30 km from the Ukrainian border. There is a military airport there.
There is no information yet about the victims. Authorities have yet to comment on the incident.
Recall that on December 5, at the airport in Russian Engels, a drone damaged two aircraft, and a fuel truck exploded at the airport near Ryazan. The Russian Defense Ministry said the “Kyiv regime” was behind the attacks.
It was also reported that an explosion occurred at the airport in Kursk. The Russian authorities announced a drone attack, as a result of which the oil storage tank was set on fire.
