A number of explosions thundered near the airport of the temporarily occupied Berdyansk, Zaporozhye region. The military equipment of the Russian invaders was based there. This was reported by local telegram channels on December 8.
According to various reports, from 15 to 18 explosions were heard at the air base of the occupied city, after which a large-scale fire broke out.

The incident allegedly took place around 11:00 am. The invaders took the wounded by bus to the Berdyansk Spit, where they had previously equipped a hospital.
