Many facts of torture and kidnapping of residents of the Lugansk region have been recorded, Sergey Gaidai said.
In the Luhansk region, 415 civilian deaths were established during the entire Russian invasion. This was announced by the head of Luhansk OVA Serhiy Gaidai on Telegram on Saturday, December 10.
“We still do not know what awaits us after the de-occupation of our native Luhansk region. Many facts of torture and abduction of the inhabitants of the region have already been recorded. 415 officially identified as dead during the invasion of the enemy, hundreds of graves in the courtyards, torture and disappearance. were in the dungeons for two months. But we will be able to assess the extent of the crimes of the Russians against their friend Donbas after they are released,” he wrote.
Gaidai expressed his belief that criminals must be punished for war crimes.
“The people of Ukraine have the unconditional support of leading countries and many other states. We will win, we will return to peaceful life and we will demand fair punishment for everyone whose rights are limited and life is shortened by the Russians,” the head of Luhansk region added.
Recall that in the Lugansk region, the temporarily occupied city of Severodonetsk entered the winter without heating and almost without electricity. Food supplies in the city are limited, and their prices are three times higher than in Ukrainian-controlled territory.
