The main goal of the project is to create an automatic system of accounting and control of people subject to mobilization.
In Russia, a unified electronic database of persons liable for military service was created. To do this, all valid military records and archives of military registration and enlistment offices were digitized. This was reported by the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
The main goal of the project is to create an automatic system of accounting and control of people subject to mobilization. Upon completion of the development of the system, it will be integrated with the databases of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (to control documents for travel abroad), the Migrant system (to record non-residents and those wishing to change citizenship) , the traffic police (control of owners and users of vehicles), SNILS, Roscadastre, Rosregistr, TIN and even the customer base of mobile operators.
After the commission, this system will provide the possibility of total control over those liable for military service who do not live in the place of registration.
The intelligence department says that it ensures that they receive subpoenas even when physical contact is impossible – in the form of SMS messages, emails, messages from social networks. After that, all of them are required to appear at the specified time at the place of registration.
It was previously reported that Russia is waiting for another wave of mobilization, but this will worsen the overall quality of Russian troops stationed at the front in Ukraine.
