Gosenergonadzor, on behalf of the Ministry of Energy, will check oblenergos for compliance with power outage schedules. This was reported on the website of the Cabinet of Ministers on Wednesday, November 30.
“On behalf of the Ministry of Energy, the State Energy Supervision Inspectorate of Ukraine monitors the correctness of the application of shutdown schedules, compliance of operators of distribution systems with their terms and duration,” the report said.
It was noted that based on the results of the monitoring, in order to strengthen control over the drawing and implementation of hourly closing schedules, the Ministry of Energy issued an order according to which the State Energy Supervision Authority will carry out of unscheduled inspections of energy facilities during the martial law period.
At the same time, in addition to the shutdown schedules, the technical condition of the equipment elements of the emergency automatics system is subject to checks.
“Power outage schedules must be drawn up and applied in accordance with the requirements of current law and, whenever possible, take into account the needs of consumers. situations,” said the Minister of Energy German Galushchenko.
According to the order of the Ministry of Energy, representatives of the State Energy Supervision Authority will be at the control points of OSP and OSR in the morning and evening peak hours to monitor compliance with the blackout schedules.
Representatives of the National Energy Regulatory Commission, the Security Service of Ukraine and Ukrenergo are also involved in the checks.
On the eve it was reported that the Cabinet of Ministers issued two tasks for oblenergos. At the same time, it was noted that it is necessary to evenly distribute the load of forced loss among all consumers, so that people turn on the light for at least 5-6 hours a day.
