On the day of April 26, in the zone of responsibility of the operational-tactical group Vostok, defenders denied five enemy attacks, destroying nearly 100 Russian soldiers. This was reported to OTG.
It was noted that the Armed Forces of Ukraine discovered a cluster of enemy vehicles, after which artillery units hit. As a result, six tanks, four infantry fighting vehicles, an armored personnel carrier, an MTLB, a self-propelled gun, three mortars, 13 ATs and an anti-aircraft gun were destroyed.
In connection with this, the headquarters of the Joint Forces Operation informed that the Ukrainian military had repelled nine enemy attacks in the direction of Donetsk and Luhansk.
During the battle, Ukrainian defenders destroyed nine Russian tanks, 11 artillery systems, four units of special equipment, 14 armored vehicles, three armored combat vehicles, three units of special engineering equipment, 16 vehicles, four tankers and an anti-aircraft installation.
In addition, air defense units fired on three Orlan-10 unmanned aerial vehicles.
