The spokesman of the Odessa Regional Military Administration, Sergei Bratchuk, reported on November 29 that up to 12 Russian warships and boats were recorded in the Black Sea, including a launch vehicle carrying eight Caliber missiles.
“A grouping of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation continues to be in the Black Sea – 12 ships. Among them is a launch vehicle, it is eight Calibers. And three large landing ships,” he said.
Bratchuk urged citizens not to ignore air raid signals.
