Ukraine and Belgium agreed on cooperation. Belgium will provide assistance in the preservation of Ukrainian cultural heritage.
Minister of Culture and Information Policy Oleksandr Tkachenko said that Belgium will provide 150,000 euros in aid to support Ukrainian culture and help cultural institutions and media generators.
According to Tkachenko, during the visit of Belgian Foreign Minister Aji Labib to Kyiv, the ministers had a tour of the National Art Museum of Ukraine and St. Sophia of Kyiv.
“They showed our art, historical and architectural monuments, our history and roots. We agreed on cooperation: Ukrainian cultural seasons in Belgium, supply of generators to our institutions and media for the winter, dissemination of ban on Russian propaganda, help to preserve the Ukrainian cultural heritage. Belgium allocates us 150 thousand euros of aid in the cultural sphere,” said Tkachenko.
Recall that Belgium will provide Ukraine with military aid and generators.
As reported, Belgium will transfer 10 underwater drones and mobile laboratories to Ukraine.
