Among EU countries, most refugees from Ukraine are in Poland. The second and third places are occupied by Germany and the Czech Republic.

In Europe, the number of Ukrainian citizens who left the country due to the mass invasion of Russia and are registered as refugees has reached more than 4.75 million people. On Sunday, November 27, this was stated in the report of the UN Refugee Agency.

It was determined that a special status was granted to 4,751,065 citizens of Ukraine.

The organization added that the statistics were compiled mainly on the basis of data provided by local authorities of European countries. In this case, we are talking about the data on November 22 – the information is updated weekly on Wednesdays.

Among EU countries, most refugees from Ukraine are in Poland. The second and third places are occupied by Germany and the Czech Republic.

Also, a significant number of Ukrainians took refuge in: Italy, Spain, Great Britain, France and Austria.

Remember that during a possible winter migration wave from Ukraine, for which the Czech government is now preparing, the Czech Republic will receive only tens of thousands of Ukrainian refugees.

Moldova will receive financial aid for Ukrainian refugees.
