Russian propaganda, together with the Belarusian regime, is trying to convince the inhabitants of neighboring countries that Ukraine is preparing an attack on them.
Information about the alleged readiness of the enemy to attack Ukraine by a strike group of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus from the northern borders at the end of November is called “filling” in GUR. Intelligence officials also cast doubt on “imminent” massive air and missile strikes, which would “preface such an invasion.” This was announced on Friday, November 25, in the Telegram of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
“The Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reports that such information is false. The purpose of such a special information operation is to provoke Ukraine to transfer a significant part of the troops to the border of Belarus to weaken the offensive potential of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the east and south of Ukraine, and at the same time show Belarusians the alleged intention of our states to attack the territory of Belarus,” the belief of TEACHER
In addition, according to experts, such messages are intended to sow panic in Ukrainian society and are part of hostile information-psychological special operations.
“This is also indicated by the fact that initially such messages indicated the date of a possible invasion of November 25-28, and after some time the date of the invasion moved to November 28-29,” pointed out scouts.
GUR urged Ukrainians not to succumb to hostile provocations and to trust only official sources.
According to Ukrainian intelligence, there is no strike group on the territory of Belarus that can carry out such activities.
Recall that the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine immediately appealed to Belarusians. Russian special services are preparing provocations on the critical infrastructure of Belarus to blame Ukraine for them and involve Belarus in the war.
It was also reported that the self-proclaimed President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, said that Belarusian troops are not participating in the war against Ukraine, because doing so would “only worsen” and not resolve the conflict.
