The PACE President said that Russia continues to violate international law with rocket attacks on civilian infrastructure.
The President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), Tiny Cox, warned the Russian leadership about punishment after today’s rocket attacks on Ukrainian civilian infrastructure. He wrote about it in his Twitter November 23rd.
According to Cox, Russian rocket attacks on civilian infrastructure (including the maternity hospital in Volnyansk and the polyclinic in Kupyansk) continue to violate international law.
“Leaders in the Kremlin, beware – these crimes will not go unpunished,” said the PACE President.
It will be remembered that the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, will speak today at an urgent meeting of the UN Security Council dedicated to the rocket strikes of the invaders, which led to a blackout in Ukraine and Moldova.
