More than four thousand points for the provision of basic services have already been prepared, which will start working if the energy facilities of Ukraine are out of action for a long time.

There, people can get free basic services, such as Internet, heat, water, and so on. This was announced on Tuesday evening, November 22, by the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky.
“We are deploying across the country and our new project to support people – Invincibility points. As a result of this day, more than four thousand such items have been prepared. There are many more planned,” the president said.
According to him, if large-scale Russian strikes occur again and if there is an understanding that power supplies will not be restored for several hours, the work of Invincibility Points will be activated. All basic services will be provided around the clock and free of charge: electricity, mobile communications and Internet, heat, water, first aid kit. The points will work without fail – in all regional and district administrations, as well as in schools, State Emergency Service buildings, etc.
Zelensky said that a special website is running, which contains a map of such points across the country. On the site and all invincibility points it will be possible to find out where the nearest gas station, bank branch, pharmacy, store operates.
“We should all be prepared for any scenario, considering what the terrorists are fighting against our people and what they are trying to do. I am sure that by helping each other, we will all will get through this winter together,” the president added.
He also recalled that at night in 16 regions and Kyiv, only outage stabilization schedules were applied. But it should be understood that in the event of consumption surges, emergency shutdowns are also possible.
Recall that Ukrenergo has now reported that the Russian Federation has destroyed almost all thermal power plants and hydroelectric power plants in Ukraine. The scale of the destruction was enormous.
