“The Russians fired at the settlement of Shalygin from cannon artillery. Thirty-three “arrivals” were on the territory of two border villages,” he said.
According to him, shells exploded in fields, gardens, yards and roads.
As a result of the shooting, fences of local residents, sheds, and a car were destroyed.
“Fortunately, there were no casualties,” the regional leader summed up.
