Thanks to a strong defense in the Donetsk region, Ukrainian soldiers can conduct offensive operations in other directions, Zelensky said.
“I thank all our soldiers who defend Ukraine in particularly fierce battles. Pavlovka, Maryinka, Pervomayskoye, Avdiivka,” the president said.
Zelensky mentioned the 1st and 2nd battalions of the 36th separate marine brigade, the 79th separate air assault brigade, the 72nd separate mechanized brigade, the 68th separate jaeger brigade, the 110th separate mechanized infantry brigade and 55 -th separate “Zaporizkade” artillery brigade .

He also thanked the fighters of the 28th and 63rd separate mechanized brigades and the 59th separate motorized infantry brigade.
