According to Shirreff, the recent events in the Kherson region are likely to have a “dramatic” effect on the morale of the Russian army.
“Any form of retreat like this will hit military morale. In any case, we’ve seen Russian morale take a hit as a result of mass mobilization of untrained conscripts willingly thrown into the line of fire. It won’ I will not help all the reasons of Russia.
