The Russian occupiers halted the so-called “evacuation” of the civilian population from temporarily occupied Kherson due to a lack of willing people. This was announced on November 10 by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“According to the updated information, the so-called evacuation of the population from Kherson has been stopped due to the lack of people who want it. In the city, the occupying authorities have stopped providing wages and social benefits,” said report.
It was also learned that the occupiers had transferred a civilian hospital in Dzhankoy in the temporarily occupied territory of Crimea to a military hospital. It is said that there are up to 800 wounded Russian soldiers.
In addition, the internal affairs bodies of Tolyatti, Samara region of the Russian Federation, received an order to recruit 1,000 candidates for service in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
“At the same time, work is being carried out in the city’s chemical enterprises to raise additional funds to support the regional division. This causes anger among the workers who, without it, are monthly deducted funds in support to those mobilized to participate in the war on the territory of Ukraine,” the General Staff stressed.
Recall that on November 9, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu ordered the withdrawal of troops from the right bank of the occupied Kherson region.
