“Tonight in Kyiv and six regions, stabilization power outages continue. There are more than 4.5 million consumers without electricity. Most of all today – in Kyiv and the Kyiv region. It is really difficult,” he said.

“Whatever the terrorists want, whatever they are looking for, we must get through this winter and be even stronger in the spring than today,” Zelensky said, calling to be ready for the liberation of the entire territory of Ukraine.
It was previously reported that blackouts are expected in Kyiv and seven regions on Monday.
Remember that the authorities of Kyiv do not exclude that the capital as a result of the attacks of the invaders may be left without water, light and communication.
