The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation has already initiated a criminal case under the article on the cause of death by negligence of two or more people (part 3 of article 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
According to local media, RC Polygon belongs to the deputy of the Kostroma Regional Duma, Ikhtiyar Mirzoev.
