The Security Service of Ukraine exposed the daughter of the former Minister of Defense of Ukraine (2012-2014, when the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine was headed by a native of Russia Pavel Lebedev) on anti-Ukrainian activities. According to the materials of the investigation, she managed enterprises that supplied goods and equipment for the Russian military-industrial complex.
According to the press center of the SBU, the Kyiv city prosecutor’s office informed the woman in absentia about the suspicion under Part 3 of Art. 27, art. 110-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – financing of actions committed with the aim of forcibly changing or overthrowing the constitutional order or seizing state power, changing the boundaries of the territory or state border of Ukraine.
The sanction of the articles provides for punishment in the form of imprisonment for a period of 10 years without the right to hold certain positions and confiscation of property.
Recall that in June of this year, based on the materials of the SBU, the court arrested and transferred to the management of ARMA 645 railway cars, 30 land plots and 30 real estate objects that belonged to the family of this minister from the time of Yanukovych. Then the investigation established that a number of enterprises are still operating in Ukraine, the ultimate beneficial owner of which is the family of the former head of the Ministry of Defense in 2012-2014. These enterprises are engaged in the supply and sale of goods in Russia and produce equipment for the military-industrial complex of Russians.
