On the same day, he held a meeting of local residents and announced the release of “humanitarian aid” by the military of the Russian Federation, as well as his talks with the leadership of the occupying forces to establish public facilities. in the city. .
Stolbovoy was notified without suspicion of the fact of infidelity and cooperative activities (part 2 of article 111, part 5 of article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
