Students in the town of Labytnangi, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, sew clothes for the military after school.

In Russia’s Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, students sew clothes for the Russian military after school. This was announced by the head of the city Marina Treskova.

According to Treskova, fifteen students of different ages (from sixth to tenth grade) sewed balaclavas and warm sweatshirts for the military, sent to fight in Ukraine.

It is reported that seven sets of dresses have already been produced, but the sewing team’s immediate plans are to increase the production volume.

“The plans are to triple the volume,” Treskova wrote.

According to The Insider, this is not the first time that Russian schoolchildren have been involved in helping the military. For example, after the announcement in the Russian Federation of a partial mobilization in Penza, students were removed from lessons so that they could prepare beds for the mobilized.

Recall that the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation announced the cessation of mobilization.
